One Za'abeel, Dubai

One Za'abeel, Dubai's latest architectural marvel, consists of two skyscrapers that support a world record breaking horizontal cantilever known as The Link.

The mixed-use development is home to residences, hotels, workplaces, retail and restaurants and a brand new nightlife destination.

The lighting design, expertly delivered by DPA Lighting's international studios, narrates One Za'abeel's story of world-class innovation, pure luxury and grandeur.

Stoane Lighting were asked to design and manufacture equipment to this LEED Gold certified building, supplying spotlights in special finishes, bespoke ZTA.50.Bay on low voltage track, and special accessories to follow DPA's meticulous vision.
